Workforce Development Facilities Maintenance Technician Instructor Virginia Peninsula Community College is a two‑year
institution of higher education that serves the residents of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, and the
surrounding counties. The college offers a Workforce Development Department that seeks an adjunct instructor to teach up
to 1,500 hours per year, focusing on the Facilities Maintenance Technician program. Responsibilities Design, deliver,
and assess instruction for day, evening, and weekend courses, including HBI Core and HBI Maintenance Technician 2. Teach
content in Basic Principles for Construction, Carpentry, Electrical Principles, Building Construction Technology,
