About the Role
Description: About the role Temperature Specialists, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom, high-accuracy temperature sensors
used in industrial and laboratory applications worldwide. We are hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to join our Leads
Department — a team of 4 to 7 assemblers responsible for producing the precision wire lead assemblies that go into every
sensor we make. In this production assembly role, you will cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder individual wire leads
using both automated equipment and hand tools, and perform close detail work under a microscope. The wire lead
assemblies you produce feed directly into our downstream sensor assembly departments. This is steady, focused work that
