About the Role
Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform all preparation activities for wind turbine blade molds prior to assembly; Set
up, operate, and maintain equipment used in turbine blade and component assembly; Accurately document all preparation,
assembly, inspection, and removal processes; Assist with the alignment, fitting, and bonding of turbine components;
Collaborate closely with floor leads, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality standards are maintained
