Butcher & Meat Processing Technician to join our production team. This role requires strong knife skills, precision
fabrication, and the ability to work efficiently in a USDA-inspected facility. Shift: 3am to completion Key
Responsibilities Meat Fabrication & Portioning Break down whole muscle cuts (such as tenderloins, strip loins, and
shoulders) into steaks, cubes, and strips Hand-cut and portion steaks and trim to precise customer requirements Monitor
