About the Role
Whey Plant Machine Operator III - Dry Nights Job Overview The Whey Operator is responsible for assisting the Whey
Evaporator and Dryer Operator in the whey processing operation. Operate and clean the AMVR Evaporator in automatic and
manual modes. Operate and clean the TFD and MSD spray dryers. Perform lab work as required. Recognize deficiencies in
product. Operate equipment in preparation for cream shipments. Troubleshoot and solve any production problem during
operation. Keep all records accurate and up to date. Keep equipment and plant in condition that will meet all regulatory
agency requirements. All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety
