  Lead our welding bench across architectural, structural, and production work — running priority welds, mentoring

junior welders, and owning weld quality from fit-up to final inspection. Mountain Off-Road / DSM is a precision steel

fabrication and CNC machining platform in Delta, Colorado. AWS D1.You're the bench captain on the floor — half hands-on

welder, half mentor and quality owner: •      Run priority AWS D1.Lead daily welding execution across pods —

architectural cladding, structural steel, production cells •      Mentor and develop junior welders and fabricators —
