About the Role
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision:Lead and mentor a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring optimal
performance and adherence to safety protocols.Assign tasks based on team members' skills and project
requirements.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Foster a collaborative and
positive work environment.Delegate work orders and plan based on Aging Reports.Welding & Fabrication:Perform welding
operations using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.Fabricate metal components and assemblies
according to engineering specifications.Inspect completed welds for quality, ensuring they meet industry
