About the Role
Welder/CNC Machinist Shift: 1st Shift QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Steel Welder (MIG) with basic CNC
machining experience to join our manufacturing team. This role involves welding steel components, assisting with CNC
machining operations, and supporting production to ensure high-quality fabricated parts. The ideal candidate will have
strong attention to detail, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Welder/CNC Machinist Responsibilities: - Perform MIG
welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications - Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
