About the Role
Maintenance Welder This role focuses on welding and fabricating ramps, decks, and loading systems for a variety of
specialized applications, including motorsports-related equipment. You will use your MIG and TIG aluminum welding skills
to read and interpret blueprints, produce high-quality welds, and contribute to a growing, family-owned fabrication shop
that values continuous learning and professional development. Weld and fabricate ramps, decks, and loading systems
according to project specifications and blueprints. Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to ensure
accurate measurements and precise welds. Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components in a production environment.
