About the Role
Welder KSM Industries Germantown, WI 1st and 2nd Shift Ability to read weld symbols, blueprints, and perform necessary
job set ups to ensure customer specifications are met. Ability to qualify to necessary weld specifications including
AWS, ASME IX, and NAVSEA welding certifications. Follow safety rules and use safe work practices. Ability to comply with
all quality policies, specifications, and instructions. Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment and
machines. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, while following safety regulations.
Education and/or Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a
