About the Role

Welder/Hand Build Technician The Welder/Hand Build Technician's primary objective is: To set up, adjust, and operate

welding equipment that welds together fabricated metal parts or subassemblies as specified by blueprints, layouts,

welding procedures and operating charts. To work from oral and written instruction with little or no supervision. To

perform critical welds on loaders, subframes, subassemblies, or parts where cosmetics of the work performed are an

important factor. Main Duties (List Details): Must meet and maintain company requirements in lean manufacturing and

housekeeping practices. Perform all duties without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of him/herself or
