About the Role
Welder The welder is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication tasks to assemble components according to
specifications while maintaining quality standards, efficiency, and safety within the weld department. This position
supports production by producing accurate, high-quality welds and ensuring materials and finished components meet
company and production standards. This role may also function as a weld lead when designated, providing day-to-day
guidance, coordination, and support to team members within the weld department. Essential duties and responsibilities
include: Perform MIG welding on components according to specifications and blueprints Fabricate and assemble metal
