About the Role

HARD Manufacturing Company, located in Buffalo, NY, is the leading manufacturer of quality hospital cribs and youth beds

both domestically and internationally. Our products are built in our local manufacturing facility staffed with UAW union

labor. Position Summary The welder works with carbon steel and stainless-steel material to weld components,

sub-assemblies or structural shapes, as specified by manufacturing work orders, blueprints, drawings, and work

instructions based on quality standards. The welder uses various fixtures and hand tools to support welding operations.
