About the Role

Your Role as a Welder The Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks to manufacture, repair, and maintain metal

structures, racks and products according to specifications. This role requires skilled craftsmanship, attention to

detail, and a commitment to safety. Welders will use various welding techniques and tools to ensure high-quality results

that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform Welding Operations: Execute welding tasks including MIG and

other welding methods or grinding on various metals as per project requirements. Interpret Technical Documents: Read and

understand blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods, materials, and tools
