About the Role

We are seeking a Welder to perform welding of all components to manufacture heavy hydraulic attachments. This position

will be based onsite at our Two Harbors, MN facility. The role is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.

Sign-on bonus: $1,200. Responsibilities Perform GMAW/MIG/Wire feed welding to AWS D1.1 standards Perform standard work

and tasks common in a production welding environment following LaBounty procedures, quality and safety policies Layout,

fit-up, measure and tack weldments Arc air welding (experience beneficial, will train) Use PPE and adhere to all safety

programs and policies Communicate fully with supervisor(s) and coworker(s) Assist in documenting standard work
