About the Role
Welder As the Welder you are a highly skilled tradesperson responsible for performing high-quality welding and
supporting general construction activities for STG in extreme Alaskan conditions. This position works in Anchorage and
remote rural locations, often for long hours in demanding environments. The Welder follows direction from project
leadership, collaborates with multiple trades, interprets blueprints and specifications, performs a full range of
welding processes, maintains equipment, and ensures all work meets safety and quality standards. Perform trade for long
hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand. Follow directives from Project
