building quality trailers in a clean, organized welding bay where your production and craftsmanship are rewarded.

Training pay starts at $20-22/hour and once you're up to speed, you'll move to piece rate where top performers can

easily earn $1,200+ per week while working just 30-35 hours. Monday-Friday ~Opportunity to leave early when production

goals are completed ~1st Shift Weld and assemble trailer components from pre-cut steel using work orders and prints
