About the Role
Welding Position Accurately welds quality products according to engineer's print's directions and shop order's requests.
Follows policies and procedures put in place as well as always being aware to preserving the product's integrity and
quality. Primary duties include: Setting a welder according to job requirements Reading weld symbols Following safety
procedures Keeping an accurate count on product Reading prints and welding according to print directions Welding in
multiple positions Reading and using measuring tools accurately Using a hoist or crane and knowing the correct
procedures to operate it Completing jobs on a timely and consistent basis Position descriptions are intended to define
