Welder–BuildingQuality,OneWeldataTimeAreyouaskilledwelderwithapassionforcraftsmanshipandsafety?JoinBen'sStructuralFabricationasaWelder,whereyou'llfabricateandweldbothstructuralandmiscellaneousbuildingcomponentswithprecision,efficiency,andpride.Inthishands-onrole,you'llsupportshopproductivitybyfollowingsafetyprotocols,meetingqualitystandards,andcontributingtoacollaborative,high-performingteam.WhoWeAreBen'sStructuralFabrication,locatedinWaitePark,Minnesota,isalocallyownedandfamily-runfabricationcompanyspecializinginhigh-qualitystructuralsteelsolutions.Withastrongcommitmenttocraftsmanship,teamwork,andcommunityvalues,wetakeprideindeliveringdurable,reliableproductsbuiltwithintegrity.Ourteamisdedicatedtosupportingcustomers,investinginouremployees,andupholdingthetraditionofexcellencethe"BuiltbyBen's"namerepresents.WhatYou'llDoAsaWelderatBen'sStructuralFabrication,youwillberesponsiblefor:Fabrication&WeldingReviewandinterpretshopdrawingstodetermineweldtype,size,andplacement.Fabricatestructuraland/ormiscellaneousweldmentsaccordingtospecificationsanddrawings.Setup,adjust,andoperateweldingequipmentsafelyandeffectively.PerformGMAW-pulse(MIG)weldinginflatandhorizontalpositionsonvarioussteelcomponents.Preparesurfacesbeforeandafterwelding(sanding,grinding,wirebrushing,degreasing).Quality&SafetyFollowallsafetyprocedures,PPErequirements,andcompanypoliciesatalltimes.Inspectyourworktoensurequalityconformanceusingmeasuringdevices,drawings,andvisualchecks.Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkarea.Productivity&DocumentationCompleterequiredproduction,quality,andtimedocumentationaccuratelyandontime.Frequentlyliftandhandlematerialsweighingapproximately50–100pounds.Supportoverallshopproductivitythroughteamworkandadherencetostandardsinafast-pacedenvironment.AdditionalSupport(Non-Essential)Providebackupsupportacrossstructuralandmiscellaneousfabricationareasasneeded.Assistwithgeneralshophousekeepingandorganization.Performotherwork-relateddutiesasassigned.Thisisafull-time,hourlyposition.WorkistypicallyperformedMondaythroughThursday,6:00am–4:15pm,withovertimeonFridays(6:00am–3:00pm),ifneeded.WhyJoinUsAtBen'sStructuralFabrication,wefosteraculturebuiltonteamwork,respect,andcontinuousimprovement.Asamemberofourteam,you'llhavetheopportunitytodevelopyourskills,contributetohigh-qualityprojects,andbepartofacompanythatvaluescraftsmanshipandcommunity.Weofferacompetitivecompensationandbenefitspackage,whichmayinclude:Medicalanddentalinsurance401(k)planwithcompanymatchGenerouspaidtimeoffandholidaysAdditionalancillarybenefitsPayTransparencyStatementInaccordancewithpaytransparencyguidelines,theanticipatedpayrangeforthispositionis$22.00to$30.00perhour.Thisrangeisanestimateandnotaguarantee.Finalcompensationwillbedeterminedbasedonfactorssuchasexperience,qualifications,androlerequirements.Eligibleemployeesmayalsoparticipateincompanybenefitprograms,subjecttoplantermsandemploymentstatus.ReadytoWeldWithUs?Whetheryourexperienceisinstructural,miscellaneous,orboth—we'relookingforwelderswhoarecommittedtosafety,quality,andteamwork.ApplytodayandgrowyourcareerwithBen'sStructuralFabrication!Compensation
