About the Role

Welder Join Tarter as a welder and be a part of our dedicated team responsible for producing high-quality welded

products. As a welder, you will play a key role in welding components according to blueprints, work instructions, and

quality standards, using both manual and robotic welding methods. In the role of welder, you will be responsible for the

following essential functions: Lay out parts in jigs using tape measures, clamps, and squares, ensuring accurate

positioning for welding. Skillfully tack weld parts together in a manner that allows for the final weld to cover the

tacks, ensuring a clean finish. Weld components using MIG, Pulse, or robotic welding techniques, producing strong,
