About the Role

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We believe people should love what they do in this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

* Read and interpret basic drawings and weld symbols

* Passing Textron's aluminum MIG (GMAW) weld test procedure

* Perform as a productive working team member that meets daily goals set by the supervisor.

* MIG welding of aluminum materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling
