About the Role

National Steel and Shipbuilding Com Shift: ALL Security Clearance: No Clearance The Welders are responsible for

accomplishing work in accordance with work specifications safely, with the highest quality and in a professional manner.

POSITION DEMANDS (Education/Training/Experience) High School diploma or equivalent education. Possesses standard tools

for a welder. Able to work different shifts. Must have good knowledge of ship board spaces. Ability to gain access to

local bases. Visual Requirements: Must be able to pass a Standard Jaeger’s Test chart for near vision acuity reading J1

letters or equivalent with or without corrective aids and pass a color vision test using Ishihara’s Tests for Color
