About the Role

AGRA Industries is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for 1st shift in Merrill, WI. This full‐time position offers a

4-day workweek, strong starting pay, no-deductible health insurance, steady year‐round work, and custom fabrication

projects with variety. Qualifications MIG and/or Flux-core welding experience Ability to read blueprints and fabrication

drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work

independently and as part of a team Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred Benefits 4-day

workweek: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts Starting pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience ($1.60 premium for 2nd shift)
