Merrill, WI. This full‐time position offers a 4‐day workweek, strong starting pay, no‐deductible health insurance,

steady year‐round work, and custom fabrication projects with variety. Qualifications MIG and or Flux‐core welding

experience Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of weld quality standards

and discontinuities preferred Benefits 4‐day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10‐hour shifts Starting pay: $23–$28 per hour,
