About the Role
Job Summary We have a small metalworking/fabrication shop making steel plant supports. We are a MIG shop and also have a
roller bender machine for fabricating rings from 1/4" and 3/8" round stock. A primary full‑time fabricator is already on
staff, and we are looking for an additional weekend helper. Responsibilities Assist the full‑time fabricator with shop
tasks. Perform MIG welding on steel components. Cut steel bar using a circular saw or handheld grinder. Work Hours
Weekends only: Saturday or Sunday. Requirements Experience with MIG welding. Basic knowledge of metal cutting and
grinding. Compensation Paid payroll job, bi‑weekly. Starting pay $19 per hour with potential increases.
