About the Role

Overview We are the national premier boat building company for the recreation industry. Our boats are built tough, and

our welds are first class. Our specialty is bay, bass, walleye, salmon, duck hunting and crappie fishing boats. We are

growing fast in our state-of-the-art boat-building plant in Mountain View, AR. We are looking for enthusiastic,

motivated and growth-minded individuals who will be excited to work in a team environment and build the best boats in

the industry. We take great pride in what we do and look to hire those who will do the same. We are currently seeking
