About the Role
Adecco is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join a growing manufacturing team on B Shift. This
position is responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, assembly, and quality inspections while
maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding
on metal components according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment,
including adjusting gas flow and welding parameters. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production
documents. Prepare materials for welding by cleaning and positioning components. Grind, finish, and inspect welded
