About the Role
The Role We are seeking a 1st Shift Welder to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an
important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of
Douglas Dynamics. Regular 1st shift schedule is 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday, with overtime Fridays. The position
will pay based on experience, starting at $19.00 - $28.00. How You Will Contribute Performs set-up and welding on a
variety of weldments and structures following written "job instructions" or standardized methods and procedures
utilizing fixtures and jigs. Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines to produce high quality weldments
