About the Role

Overview AriensCo is excited to hire a motivated Welder to join our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI. Pay: Starting at

$24.00/hour plus a $4.00 shift premium (total $28.00/hour) plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. Schedule and Shift: Monday –

Thursday (4 days × 10 hours); 2:30PM–12:30AM. Responsibilities Weld multiple material types flat, horizontal, vertical,

or overhead positions within process limitations and as determined by work instructions using a manual or robotic

welder. Remove and install rolls of weld wire and make equipment adjustments necessary to properly weld. Interpret blue

print and weld symbols to produce welds to print specification. Use proper welding technique and adjust equipment as
