About the Role

Company Overview McNeilus, an Oshkosh Company, is a leading designer and manufacturer of refuse truck bodies. We serve

everyday heroes by building high-performance rear-load, front-load, and automated side-load refuse bodies to support

waste collection fleets. Position Overview We are seeking Welders in our Riceville, IA production facility to heat,

form, and weld metal parts. The role involves using hand tools, torch, plasma cutter/carbon arc or other welding

equipment; positioning materials; operating an overhead crane; adjusting welding current; operating measuring devices;

maintaining a safe and clean work environment; and training/working in various areas of production as needed.
