About the Role

Welder Snelling is searching for exceptional Welders (manual and robotic) in the Trussville, AL area! 1st and 2nd shift

openings, with overtime! The pay rate for this position is $22.00-28.00/hr. Responsibility for Welder: Fitting & welding

parts using information from production drawings, shop travelers & work instructions as required utilizing MIG welder,

fixtures, and basic welding tools to meet print specifications. Responsible for setting appropriate welding machine

parameters for the material being welded. Responsible for making welds to meet print specifications. Responsible for

producing strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent. Basic operation of robotic weld cell as
