About the Role
Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Conduct thorough visual and tactile inspections of molded plastic parts to
identify defects such as flash, warping, or short shots; Perform dimensional inspections as lead inspector using
precision measuring instruments to ensure assembly parts adhere to blueprint specifications; Document inspection results
and maintain logs for production batches; Collaborate with assembly and production teams to troubleshoot recurring
issues; Quarantine non-conforming materials and assist in root-cause analysis
