Weekend Day Baker 6am
About the Role
Responsibilities Produce fresh artisan bread and baked goods each morning. Prepare doughs and starters overnight for the
next day between 9‐10am. Clean bakery equipment, countertops, floors, and mop the floor during 10am‐2pm. Communicate
with front-end sales staff to determine any additional baking needs. Assist in maintaining daily production and
inventory. Requirements Early‐riser, able to work independently or as part of a small team. Positive attitude, strong
organizational skills, and pride in COBS Bread's products. Commitment to team success and personal development.
Willingness to learn; no prior baking experience required. Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking for all
