Private HNW couple is looking to hire a weekend Butler / Light Housekeeper / Pet Sitter for their Manhattan residence.

Job Responsibilities: * Light housekeeping of the 5-story townhouse * Maintaining antiques, fine art, fine furnishings,

high-end surfaces and floors * Clean/sweep outside steps and move outside furniture when needed * Laundry when needed *

Run errands when needed * Pet care for a small friendly dog * Serving guests and work parties when needed Requested

Housekeeping Required Pet Care: Walk/feed small dog and overnight care when needed Laundry: Family Laundry Ironing: Yes
