About the Role

Water Truck Equipment Operator The Water Truck Equipment Operator is a vital member of the paving crew, responsible for

the safe and efficient operation of a water truck (typically 2,0004,000+ gallons) to support asphalt paving, milling,

and site preparation. The primary focus of this role is to provide essential moisture for asphalt compaction, fill

milling machine reservoirs, and suppress dust to ensure a safe, high-visibility work zone. The Water Truck Driver is

expected to maintain a 'Safety First' mindset, performing thorough equipment inspections and assisting the crew with

manual labor or secondary equipment operation (such as skid steers or rollers) during downtime. This role serves as a
