About the Role
Holman Logistics - 1032 Bracken Rd - Responsibilities: Confers with management, supervisors and Team Members to gain
knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations,
business initiatives and technologies.; Coordinates training schedule with the hiring and training demands of all
shifts.; Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as unloading, preloading, loading, etc.; Evaluates
trainees to measure progress and effectiveness of training.; Completes training reports on trainees.
