operations. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and working collaboratively with team
members to meet production goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Operate work equipment, including forklifts, power tools, and specialized
plant instruments Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely and compliant job completion
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Assist in training team members
