Job Full Description Schedule: 3:30pm-12am, M-F plus OT This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure a safe,

organized, and high-quality work environment. The assembler lead supports daily operations, drives continuous

improvement, and plays a key role in team performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead by example in

safety, quality, and productivity standards Train team members on equipment, tools, and safe work practices Assign and

prioritize daily work based on production schedules Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings and communicate goals Maintain

organization and cleanliness of the department Monitor workflow and ensure efficiency and quality targets are met
