About the Role
Diversicare - 820 Golf Course Road - Responsibilities: Assure the safety of each resident when transporting to and from
the doctor’s office and/or hospital; Accompany each resident on all medical visits; Observe at each visit (sign in
resident, present documents); Collect and secure resident documents and prescriptions during/after visits; Report to the
Regional Care Manager and be prepared to answer questions about visits
