About the Role

Job Title Performs driving duties in support of the facility and residents. Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare

are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state's specific background check requirements

prior to contact with patients/residents. Essential Functions Safely transports residents to doctors' appointments and

organized outings. Reports significant changes in resident's condition or poor tolerance for travel. Completes a safety

checklist and takes corrective action prior to operating facility vehicles Assists residents to enter and exit the

vehicle. Makes deliveries, picks up supplies and equipment and load and unloads vehicle. Takes vehicle for scheduled and
