Utility Porter

About the Role

Responsible for trash removal from kitchen areas and heavy cleaning functions. Will clean all high areas in the kitchens

and outdoor stewarding functions. Provides general assistance to other stewarding employees as needed (and time

permitting) in their duties to ensure all food preparation areas are maintained to set standards. Ensures that all

kitchen trash is removed from the area and disposed of properly. Notifies department management of needed repair work in

the kitchen area. Maintains their assigned kitchen area in accordance with county health department and hotel standards.

Ensures that foodservice supplies are properly maintained in accordance with county health department and hotel
