Utility Porter

About the Role

Utility Porter Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Operate tools and equipment as trained. Clean assigned area as

instructed. Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment. Stock and maintain par levels of supplies

in all porter closets. Clean walls, ceilings and vents. Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and

electrical equipment used within the department. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum age requirement is

21. Knowledge of the processes of maintaining and caring for all types of flooring; Vinyl flooring, Concrete, Stamped

concrete, Carpeted flooring and Marble flooring. Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous
