Utility Porter

About the Role

Utility Porter Summit Club is seeking a Utility Porter to join the Residential Services Department. The Utility Porter

will be responsible to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Club facilities, including restrooms, comfort

stations, residential, and common areas. Clean Restrooms, Foyer space and Furniture as assigned. Utilize specialty

equipment complying with all safety and procedural guidelines. Polish, restore, seal, finish & maintain all flooring,

including marble, granite, etc. Use various machines such as carpet extractors, scrubbers (ride-on and walk-behind),

burnishers, floor machines, lifts, wet/dry vacuums, spotting machines. Operate hand trucks and flatbed carts to move
