Utility Maintenance Worker

About the Role

SUMMARY The Utility Maintenance Worker will be working closely with the Water Crew Leader, Wastewater Lead Operator and

Utilities Superintendent. The Utility Maintenance Worker will be in charge of delivering to the public a safe

environment, while providing satisfactory services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responding to

service and work orders, meter reads, meter connections, repairs and replacements of water meters, line locates, leaks,

operations of pumps, belt press and lift stations. Reports to Utilities Superintendent over State and Federal

environmental regulations and standards. Utility Maintenance Worker is required to be on-call on a rotating basis and
