About the Role

Painter-Power Coat The position involves working in a powder booth, change colors and then manually spray painting

products using a spray gun. Includes the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by management, and some

duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific Tarter site and/or the strengths

of the employee and the needs of the company): Must be able to perform color changes on powder booth. Must be able to

identify hard-to-reach areas on product and get those areas painted adequately. Ability to work as part of a team at a

very high pace in the industrial environment. Capable of identifying defects in material. Maintain adequate material
