Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, answers incoming calls, dispatches officers, and monitors police radio
alarms. Operates National Crime Information Center (NCIC) computer. May perform clerical duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS: Receives telephone calls concerning crimes, emergencies, and other requests for police assistance.
