General Equivalency Diploma (GED) Experience Twelve (12) months after an employee achieves a particular grade level

(i.e. Level D Two (2) years as a Garage Mechanic, or related experience The following vocational/technical training can

be substituted for two (2) years of full-time work experience at ALL levels: three (3) years high school mechanical

training two (2) years tech school mechanical training; OR, two (2) years college mechanical training Level C Three (3)

years as a Garage Mechanic, or related experience Level B Four (4) years as a Garage Mechanic, or related experience
