Central Dispatcher / Lead Service Advisor Kayser Ford Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Central

Dispatcher / Lead Service Advisor to support our Commercial Truck Service Department. We are a fast-paced environment

that handles the needs of many area fleets encompassing all makes and models of fleet trucks, as well as individual

owners with their specific vehicle needs. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating workflow between shop

foreman, technicians, biller and service advisors. The ideal candidate has strong automotive or diesel service

experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Help techs
