About the Role
Job Description Job Description The Plumber installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing, heating, and electromechanical
systems on campus buildings and facilities. This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range
of $28.14 - $35.19 per hour. Core Responsibilities: Performs maintenance and repair of various facilities as indicated
on daily work orders; orders materials needed to complete jobs; lays out and installs plumbing to comply with plumbing
codes. Performs testing procedures to troubleshoot electromechanical systems on campus building equipment. Repairs and
maintains laundry equipment. Assists with installation, maintenance and repair of boilers, refrigerators, freezers, air
