is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs general preventative maintenance
and corrective repair of equipment, buildings and grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Perform
regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and
carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in
performing duties. Maintains grounds of facility performing tasks such as lawn maintenance and snow removal. Coordinate
